Welcome to the digital whistleblower system of Schneiders & Behrendt. We accept reports for companies and organisations for which we act as external ombudsmen. You can report suspected criminal offences or serious breaches of regulations in your company / organisation to us.

We will treat your report as strictly confidential. Anonymous reports are possible and will be processed if the company / organisation has decided to accept anonymous reports. Otherwise we will inform you. In any case, you will remain protected. It is not possible to trace the report back to you unless you yourself provide data that allows conclusions to be drawn about your person.

After receipt of your report, a protected mailbox will be set up for you, through which we can also remain in dialogue with you anonymously. You will help us a lot if you activate this mailbox. We will contact you via this mailbox as soon as we have followed up on your report.

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF OUR EXTERNAL OMBUDSMEN?

Our external ombudsmen are independent persons of trust who are outside of the company/organisational structure. Their main task is to be a neutral point of contact for all employees who wish to report confidential information via our whistleblower system. They scrutinise each case with the utmost care and ensure that all reports are assessed in a fair and impartial manner.
